Compare how many books and TV shows they both made. Isn't there a posthumous honour that KF can be bestowed?

Mark from MelbourneAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2960792431596838111.post-29758456423428437722012-04-21T15:29:26.858+01:002012-04-21T15:29:26.858+01:00I,ve been a massive Keith Floyd fan since he first...I,ve been a massive Keith Floyd fan since he first hit the screens in the early eighties. I'm also a BIG Stranglers fan, but that's another story. I really hope you get enough funding to erect a full size statue of the great man. It would be nice to see if David Pritchard could raise awarenes within the BBC to raise more funds from the rich "celeberity chefs". I recently read David Pritchard's book 'Shooting the cook' and i,ve got to say it is brilliant. I meet Keith once, at one of this shows in Sheffield October 2005, and had a long chat with him, he was every bit as nice as you see on TV, a truly great man and a great night, he even had a kiss for my wife. I remember looking back at Keith as we were leaving the show and he was the last one left on stage signing a final autograph (got a pic of this), not many celebs would have done that. Anyway hope all goes well, and if a win the lottery I will pay for the statue myself, all the best Brian Smith (Reepham, Lincolnshire) 21 April 2012Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2960792431596838111.post-39422486774330561342011-08-11T15:51:02.710+01:002011-08-11T15:51:02.710+01:00Bless your efforts guys.
